The last few years have been spent founding and running my beautiful and well known Yoga + Meditation studio Yoga House, nurturing members with a 360 degree approach to wellness through Yoga, Meditation, Sound Healing, Reiki, Yoga Teacher Training Courses, Ibiza Retreats and much more. 

With an incredible team of teachers offering a number of classes across the 3 floor studio, I felt the studio was at a place I could step away and finally make the big move down to Cornwall that I’d been dreaming about for so long.

With over 16 years experience in Yoga, Meditation, Nutrition, Holistic Healing, Fitness + Coaching; I'm pouring all my energy into helping individuals transform their lives through holistic practices and teachings.
